How this works
One sign in, and the tools you switch on.
Signing in
There is no password. Type your email address and we send a six digit code that lasts thirty minutes. That is the whole thing.
Your account
Signing in for the first time creates an account and makes you its owner. It is named from your email address to begin with, and you can rename it on the Account and people screen. If you run more than one business, each is its own account with its own records.
Adding people
On Account and people, add anyone who needs in with their own email address. Members can record and read. Owners can also add and remove people. Everything anyone does is recorded against their name.
Switching modules on
You only get what you switch on. Ask for a module from Home and we turn it on for your account. Nothing is charged during the pilot.
What each module does
S-Corp Toolkit
Reimburse yourself out of your own company without inventing the paperwork afterwards. Adopt an accountable plan, log what you spent as it happens, and produce a signed request every month.
QR codes
Twenty one kinds of printed code, and nearly all of them editable after printing. A web address, a contact card, wifi, a phone number, an event, a links page. Put one on a van, a sign or a flyer and change what it does without reprinting anything.
Digital cards
A card for a person or a whole team, at its own address. Print the code on the back of your paper cards and change what it opens whenever you like.
Website
A small website with real pages, written for you from a description of the business, at an address that never changes so it can go on a van or a window.
